Little Atlas Preschool is always about children.
Singapore has a culture of focus on academic achievement; this is the norm in Singapore where parents would give celebratory dinners or material prizes when their children receive straight A's in school. Parents often put more emphasis on academics than on what might make children learn with true joy, instead focusing solely on surviving Play Based Pre School. Locally, there are very few Singapore Preschool Centre that advocate for the happiness of children and in fact, they place more importance on learning by teaching with structure rather than emphasizing how much children enjoy learning. Why not? Reality: When children are happy, they learn better, build better relationships and grow to be a better person. Children would even do things just to get some play and experience happiness!
